Open Positions
Equipment Operator
Full-Time / SeasonalOperate excavators, skid steers, and compactors on residential and commercial job sites. Experience with mini excavators and compact equipment preferred.
Requirements
- Valid driver's licence (AZ preferred)
- Experience with excavators or skid steers
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Dump Truck Driver
Full-Time / SeasonalHaul gravel, topsoil, fill, and aggregate to and from job sites across SW Ontario. Tri-axle experience a strong asset.
Requirements
- AZ licence required
- Clean driver's abstract
- Experience hauling aggregate or construction materials
- Punctual and reliable
Labourer / General Helper
Full-Time / Part-TimeSupport the crew on excavating, grading, hardscape, and drainage projects. Great entry point for someone looking to learn the trade.
Requirements
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Steel-toed boots required
- Own transportation an asset
Snow Removal Operator
Seasonal (Winter)Plow and salt residential driveways, laneways, and commercial lots across Thames Centre and London. Early mornings and on-call availability required.
Requirements
- Valid driver's licence
- Experience with plow trucks or tractors an asset
- Available early mornings and on short notice
- Reliable and safety-conscious
